For this social commentary project, a combination of research and photography was used to focus on a current social issue. The topic of this assignment was mental health, more specifically with young adults. Many people deal with negative mental health and fail to get the proper help that they need in order to manage and control various disorders. These photoshoots help represent that self-isolating struggle with unmanaged mental health. Multiple locations, lighting scenarios/setups, props, camera settings, compositions, and poses were used to create a variety of work.
